I had a lovely stay at Bambu Suites, appreciating its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The location is a big plus, close to everything but quiet enough to relax. However, the construction noise from next door was a major downside during my visit. Overall, it’s a great boutique hotel for a fair price! 😊

I had a pretty good time at Bambu Suites, though the construction noise next door was a real downside. The room was spacious, clean, and quite comfortable, making it a nice retreat after exploring Playa del Carmen. However, the lack of a couch in our suite and some noise issues made things a bit challenging at times.

I had a pleasant five-day stay at Bambu Suites for my ten-year anniversary. The location was fantastic—just a block off busy 5th Avenue, which made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants while still being reasonably priced. The staff was super helpful with dining recommendations, and the kitchenette in our room was a huge plus! However, I did find the bed a bit stiff for my liking, and the pool is quite small, mainly for decoration.

My stay at Bambu Suites was mixed. While the location was perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen, with just a short walk to 5th Avenue and the beach, I was disappointed by the construction noise next door that disrupted our stay, especially for my child. The spacious junior suite was comfortable and had a nice kitchenette, but the lack of a coffee maker and loud air conditioning detracted from the experience.
